Broken valves and broken dreams

[Mr Chris Valdes]

I have a 78 FC 33 with a non turbo 3208. My mechanic
says to keep it under 2500 however that is also around
55-60. I have others tell me that work on Cats that
those motors love to rev....
i am also confused???
