San Antonio to Georgia
Joe,
From what I have been reading on the RV Newsgroups, I 10 is open, however, rebuilding is going slow. The bridge that came down is open to one lane traffic with delays. If you have plenty of time, use I-10, otherwise I recommend i-20. George Lowry '06 Alpine Apex - formerly '95 WBDA 4203 Spearfish, SD - heading for Pomona, CA FMCA in the morn. The shortest route is through south Louisiana through Mississippi on I-10 but there is an alternate route through Shreveport and across I-20. When we went a few months ago we chose I-20 because storm damage was still severe. But now I wonder if roads and RV parks are rebuilt along I-10. It would be fun to go that route as we haven't been on it in some years. But is it okay now? > > Thanks for any heads up you can give. > > Joe Frost, 43' 2003 Wanderlodge. > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > > > > > Yahoo!
