New Building
I will reply because I had a parking pad built 12 feet by 40 feet to park
the bus on, but I know nothing. The pad was built 2.5 years ago and have no
cracks yet. First put down six inches of pea gravel, then use rebar wired
together instead of, and into the shape of, the typical wire mesh commonly
used for keeping the concrete together after it cracks. Then request a "five
bag mix", I think this makes it harder or stronger, and poor the slab six
inches thick.
