Coolant Leak at Front Corner of 1993 WL on Passenger Side....Please HELP!

I believe that petcock is the bleeder for getting air out of the
chassis heating system. Such a petcock is also found in the front of
the 89SP. The SP has another one, either behind the left rear engine
access door or on the left side behind the rear engine cover, cannot
remember which.
