I think you will find that the inside duals do not get checked properly. Lower
pressure can lead to higher tire temps and a faster breakdown of the inside
duals.

Leroy I saw the same thing once before. A guy parked next to us and after
about an hour or so an outside dually blew. When he took it off the inside
dually looked absolutely horrid. It had more checking and deterioration than
the outside one. They were both the same age. Can't explain it.
