Drapery motors

Yea, I have taken one the Action Drapery Motor apart. Not much to it really... A reversible 115V 60HZ motor mounted to a gear reduction box, the switch that changes the motors direction and some capacitor looking thing. Looks like you could mnake one for $20 cept for the gear box. I found a brand new one on e-bay that sold for $1 plus $8.10 freight, too bad it sold 5 days ago :-( Many of these birds have been switched to day/night shades and the Action Drapery Control motors are still in their mounts.
