I don't think this should be in the Parts Database because it does not
relate to specific *parts*. I have put it in a File, along with a
similar/same list that I had been meaning to add. My ultimate plan
was to put the first into state order, perhaps in an Excel worksheet,
with names, addresses, description and states in different columns so
we could sort the table by state order before loading it to the File.
Don't have time to do that right now so I just added the raw data
from the lists as posted. If anyone has time to build such an Excel
file, have at it and we can load that later.

P.S. For anyone that does not have Excel or other office-type
programs, you can get an entire *free* office suite of programs
(usually very compatible with the MS Office™ suite) by going to
http://www.openoffice.org for a free download. I have no affiliation with
openoffice, YMMV, FWIW, normal disclaimers, etc. but I have tested
Open Office and it works OK. Just found some exotic Excel formulas
that did not work.
