Troubleshooting Bendix Fast Idle/Cruise Control on 89 35FC 3208 ATAAC
I just wanted to jump in and let folks know that Mike Hohnstein in
Germantown, WI has worked on the Bendix throttle / cruise setup on my
1987 FC 35. I was unable to find a replacement Bendix cable anywhere,
or even get one made, but Mike was able to get the job done. He has
also tuned up the throttle to get me full throttle opening. Anyone
(especially 87-89 FC) experiencing problems with the Bendix, cables,
throttle, setup - I can highly recommend Mike. I would also trust him
with anything else on my engine / drive train, chassis AC (works great
now!), and about anything else he was willing to tackle.

Anyone with an 87-89 FC should keep Mike's number handy in case they
have problems with their Bendix throttle/cruise setup.
