Buyer's market

And just think, the worst is yet to come! The rest (the bulk?) of
those bogus mortgages still have their rates yet to be re-set in the
next three quarters before they are all washed out of the financial
system. Going be some great buying opportunities for lots of stuff,
but a real bad time for anyone selling virtually anything.
