Rv Condo Lots??? SOLD

Greg,

The man building the park is David Gorin. He has an impressive career in the RV/Camping industry, as does his staff. http://www.davidgorinassociates.com/

With the searches I conducted. I am confident in a good outcome. Of course anything could happen; Florida has some great laws to protect the public from such artists you referenced.

I grew up there and I’ve heard all the stories good and bad. Of course if things go bad and after all traditional options are exhausted there’s always the ________________ Option.

Kurt, I understand you are an artist. I bet you are not the only
artist involved in the sale. you repeat sales responces with
conviction. The best way to find the down side of a developers plan
is to talk with competitors and do the research to prove their
negitive claims. I like to do a limited liability partnership search
in county records to look at previous developement deals by cross
referencing the personal names. Often development construction
liens show up on common area title search which later burden the
monthly fees. Some developers are shysters (is it near Archer??).
I subtract the negatives and use the result to make my decision. I
never found that higher risk gave better reward. Knowing the risk
only relieved the surprise.

The place looks fantastic. Congrats
