Birds @ Bonnaroo ?!?!?!?
Hi Kurt - It's a great event, very nice "vibe" compared to other big commercial music festivals we've been to in the past. But I can't comment directly on the general camping - we were in a unique position as we were there with a bunch of people from the Burning Man organization, and we created a theme camp and show there for the attendees in the artist's area between two of the big performance tents. So we were definitely VIP camping, right in the heart of the event. I hear the general camping was mud city and in worst case you had a two mile walk from your campsite to the performance areas. Thanks! Gregg, My kids have been going to ROO, for years. They want me and the wife to go with them. Thier motivation, home base," THE BIRD ". Tell me about camping at Bonnaroo, if you would, I have several fiends that attend or work security, you know the guy's on horseback, Most of them told me taking the Indulgance to Bonnaroo isn't a great idea, but they have no good explaination. VIP parking sounds like the best option. Thanks Kurt Horvath 95 PT-42 10AC |
