That's for sure - Burning Man is unlike any commercial festival and pretty much anything else on earth. We've gone five years, two with a trailer, one with another small RV, and last year with our Bird. We are fulltimers in the Bird, and it did very well with minimal additional prep and attention - though we are having overheating problems with the genny in extreme temps. But we're not overly concerned with appearances - a little playa dust on the paint doesn't bother us at all. We don't fit so well in the ritzy RV parks, LOL...
