It looks clean but whats with the office club file and desk. I point
it out but I bet others (buyers too) are thinking the same. The
layout is way personal. you may just find the perfect buyer, just
think it limits the pool, (like trying to sell a purple coach with a
dumbwaiter, gotta be that special buyer, but there was).
the interior decore seems un-dated and unpersonal which I think
is great when selling. the only thing that dates it is BettyFord
glass wall sconce.
It might be a good rig to market to a business concern or
motorsports bunch?????

Ernie,
Good luck with the Lotto!...
The coach is clean ... but the photos also make it look a little cleaner than it is. (Photos are like that.) I'm looking for a good location (big parking lot) to do the exterior photos -- won't be anything available until after Christmas. I'd like to wash it first but we (1) are under a water conservation rule due to back to back dry years and (2) it's a bit too cold for me to work outside.
I polished the wheels while I was in Lockhart TX, so I should be able to quickly wash them to perk them up for the photos.

The original plan was to full time -- but the house didn't sell.... <sigh>. So the interior was set up for our personal convenience based on that plan. I needed a good size office so I could have my full-size computer with dual monitors so I could do my publishing work.
With _some_ foresight, I installed the new flooring wall to wall, so the filing cabinets and desk can easily be removed to allow some other furniture to be installed.
