SNUBBIN-EXPRESS ?
Yesterday while out working the Bird on a very misserable day here in
Wi. I for the first time noticed the faint outline on the back of the
former name of our Bird. In Mi. it was called Popas Toy but was told it
was on the west coast earlier in its life(WE were told many things that
turned out to be untrue). Anyone know about this SNUBBIN-EXPRESS? Its
to late to talk us out of buying it, we have owned it more than a year
and are working to get more issues behind us.
Thankyou!

May be the owner was a stuffy English Lawyer, see Dickens Pickwick
Papers. may be the owner snubbed his nose at Cortez, Travco and
Winabego. Maybe some stuffy lawyers on this forum can chime in with a
possability

Gregory
stuffy Irish laborer

I checked my 1999 Names Directory and it was not listed, so I guess
someone with an older directory would have to be consulted. You might
try a query on the Vintage Birds site.

SNUBBIN-EXPRESS ?
Stephen, We found it on Birdconnection in 2004 when it was named
Papas Toy(I spelled it wrong in my first post), it was in Battle
Creek Mi., the owner was not at all forthcoming with issues I asked
about. Found out it was from the west coast where it recieved a paint
job and new turbo motor when the owner ran it without antifreeze. We
do like it alot but it was a much bigger project than was expected.
Thanks
