installing new toilet
Our Fc 35 has the original Thetford Aqua magic 4. Works good but I
prefer the china bowls. However the toilet fits between a fitted
tiled enclosure. Has anyone ever changed to a diff. toilet? How did
you handle the tiles? The newer toilets are not as wide but I wonder
how the edges fo the enclosure are finsihed??

Bruce,

Yep, I would also be interested in the toilet responses.

Stephen Britles ships the Sporlan repair Kits.
These were difficult for me to find locally.

Use the ZF trans retarder more it works great.
Uses no air.

There is a drawing of the seven pin toad, tail light plug,
somewhere in the files, on one of the forums. I do not remember
where it is located. The wiring connections could be different
than what, you consider standard.

On my 1987 fc,I had Holland Motor Homes install a new china toilet.
They trimed the tile so that the toilet would fit. Then they trimmed
the front and top with 3 inch wide strips of corian. They attached it
with silicone. It looked real nice.

installing new toilet
Hey Bill

The toilet I had installed in my 87 FC was Thetford Aria. It is a full
size china toilet with electric controls. The new toilet took up more
space (24 inches in length),but it was worth it once we got used to it.

Ron,

Thanks for the toilet info,
This is something I need to do eventually.
Keep us posted on your 87 adventures.
Drove thru Toledo last week,
Still recovering from the Tony Packo, Combo platter.
