Deal gone bad -- 86 35ft BB

I am disappointed to hear the problem with Sirpilla RV. As I wrote
before, I've known this company to have a good reputation. It has to
be 20+ years in the business and I know two people who purchased and
maintained their RV's with them. The Sirpillas were active in the
community and generous in their support of various charities and causes
in NE Ohio.

Without knowing the T&C's of the deal, written or verbal, it is hard
evaluate the merits of the situation. However, if I felt I had cause;
I'd start by appealing to the General Manager and ownership, then move
to the BBB, the RV trade magazine advocacy columnist someone suggested,
writing letters to the editor of the local newspapers and finally
engaging an attorney to at least write a letter requesting a full
refund of the deposit.
