86 35 ft BB Question
I agree that the Ebay ad does not seem to come from a reputable RV dealer.

The issue is that the seller is a liar. He said the fluids were topped up and they weren't. The next question that comes to mind is what else has the seller lied about. You can't trust the seller any more. There may be many undisclosed problems and a thousand miles away from home, are you willing to take the risk? Kerry 82 Fc 35 Denver |

86 35 ft BB Question
Hey guys, not to be a fly in the mayonaise..or how did that go? But I
had 28 shopping centers in that state at one time (several in Akron) as well as an ex wife (ooppss) and keep in mind we are talking about the land of the likes of Jim Trafficant, the Cafaro family and others. Try as you may but if your name does not end in a vowel you are going to be pushing a rope. I used an attny there (Akron) James Slater..not sure if he is still in practice or not..but he was ruthless. Just what you need. Unfortunately, for Gail, this is what happens when you deal with folks that do not have a clue about Wanderlodges, as Kerry said he found out..Sorry Kerry. You could have some recourse in a specific time, generally a deposit can be returned within a certain period of time. Not sure of the time in that state but it is worth looking into. Worse case scenerio I would call the better business bureau, the local action news guys or whatever to make this snakes life miserable. Get at least the satisfaction of your 3 grand. Best of luck and by the way I have a NICE 86FC35RB for sale! :>) NOT For 20G's though! 86 35 ft BB Question
Hey Greg, great idea. I just emailed them a "wanderful note" as well.
I am sure not as eloquent as yours. But you know what it only took about 3 mins to do..HEY GUYS..email em...clog their in box with "nice" notes and ask to get Gale's money back. Now there is a thought..what would they think. I assured them most trade pubs would know, as well as the better business folks and certainly all of the forum members. GO AHEAD IT ONLY TAKES A MINUTE. Lets show them the power of this forum, for Gale's sake. Who knows? ScottB 86FC35 4SALE SC --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Gregory OConnor" > > What's a good guy from Niceville Fl gonna do. 86 35 ft BB Question
My sentiments exactly. I too emailed Sirpilla, and invited them to join the
Forum, to respond to the accusations. I've learned the hard way that there are always two sides to each story, and I try to hold judgement until AFTER both sides have offered their versions of "what happened". Maybe one of us Forum members will hear from Sirpilla, either personally or ideally here on the Forum. I'm going to wait to hear from the "other side". 86 35 ft BB Question
Scott and others: Before this thread gets posted elsewhere maybe we
should wait to hear from the other party. After all we have only heard one side of the story. If you go back and read the posts from a NEW member a lot of this does not make sense. I emailed the sales manager and offered to post her response. I am finding it hard to believe that a long time dealer with a good reputation has acted like a used car lot.We also have to keep in mind that the buyer did not use any common sense. He bought the unit outside of Ebay, offered way more than the reserve and sent a deposit with no inspection and no paperwork. The dealer had a mickey mouse ad on E bay with lots of errors, did not respond to any questions, had an ad full of disclaimers, did not use the dealership name and treated the customer with disrespect. ??????? Actually, Bruce good point, I remember a member (chuck harrison??)
offering to go by and look before the trip was made, or meet him there to go over things. I would have jumped at the offer myself, especially wading into unknown territory.
