Spotlight
My ray-line spotlight will move verticaly but not horizontaly. I
discovered the nylon 'clutch' was broken. DOes anyone know if parts
can be found? I may need to get a piece of nylon and machine a new
one, but the right part would be nice.

With regard to the clutch for the spot light, try info@...
and ask them for some help.

The Guest brand looks like what we have.

Sorry, over looked the RayLine brand at the beginning of your post.

I have guest spot light literature in my blue box.

Did Google RayLine and got several hits, would need to dig thru
them...

Spotlight
It seems that Jabsco took over the Rayline searchlights. They only
have the entire motor-clutch assembly listed as a replacement part
(43990-0075 $185.00). I think I will see what I can fabricate unless
there is a forum member with some old parts laying around.
