Proch Light
The porch light at the entry door stopped working. There is 12+ volts
at one of the 4 bulb pin sockets. Do I need bulbs (they look like new), inverter, ballast? After removing the 2 screws holding the fixture to the body, that black center gromet is holding the fixture. I've pulled on it some and it is not coming away from the coach body. Appreciate suggestions? |

>Curt-- My porch lite didnt work when I bought my coach, the switch on the bottom of the light assy it self was broken off. I bought a new one almost identical to the orig. at home depot. It had a water proff rubber boot on it. Thats what fixed mine. I think it would come out a few inches away from the side of the caach. hope this helps.. what year rig do you have? Proch Light
Ed,
I went out and played with the proch light bottom switch, blue it out, and played some more. Turns out that switch is defective, turns on the light about one in 20 tries. I'll get a new one. Thanks again. Curt Sprenger 1987 PT38 8V92 Anaheim, CA --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Curtis Sprenger" > > Thanks Ed.
