Solar panels?

I have a 85 pt 40 with four solar panels on the roof @1x4 ea. original
to the coach. I am wondering what the output should be, there is a
control unit in the rear bedroom ASC II that shows battery voltage and
amp charge with a light. When the coach is out in the sun it shows
about 2-3 amp charge is this normal, it only goes to 12A. Any Thoughts?
