The plans for this years RATS rally, to be held Nov. 2, 3, 4, 5, 2006
are coming together and so far we have 35 coaches signed up with
their owners and guests, it looks like we are going to have a great
time, in a very relaxed atmosphere. I guess that I will have to call
Fair Harbor tomorrow and increase the reserved campsites number from
35 to 40 sites, hopefully we will get more people to sign up and I
will have to increase that to even more spaces.

To Kick things off we will have a cocktail hour followed by a Chili
and Hot Dog supper on Thursday night and a Pot-Luck is scheduled for
Saturday night. If you would like to contribute your favorite Chili
or Hot Dog dish, I'm sure that Barbara Vaughn and Gladys Stiles would
be glad to hear from you, so email Barbara Vaughn at

Fred VanDenBerg from Bluebird Coachworks will be there during lunch
on Friday and will answer your questions concerning the Bluebird
factory. Please take the time to go to the upgraded Coachworks web

this is a work in progress and has some real nice features to view.

After lunch on Friday we will have the Flea market, so be sure to
bring those items that you want to sell, or give away and then after
the Flea Market we will have a tour of the coaches that people want
to show off, this would be great opportunity to get to see some of
those 'Birds that you have read about on the forum and get some ideas
of what to do with yours, or look at that 'Bird model that you want
to have in the future.

If you haven't signed up on one of the forums RATS sign up sheets,
located in the DATABASE, please do so now, but sign up on only one
list, we would like to encourage any wannabe's out there that are
looking for a 'Bird to please attend, as there will be quite a
variety of 'Birds there for you to see up close.
