New BB Owner

We are the new owners of a 1983, PT35'V6DDT with 160K miles. WE been
on 2 short trips and the engine run great. Some heavy black smoke
under load and steering seem lose, but steering could be because of
the large S wheel.When we went over to crank the coach about a week
later, crank great, but when I when outside to check, black engine oil
was comming out of a round tank at the bottom of the engine. I turn
off the engine and chech the oil level which was OK. I came back the
next day and all the clear oil had also drain out of the fan ad power
steering reserve tank onto the pavment. Sounds like I may have a
major problem.
