Aux. air up for Pokey??

Doug- under the coach on one of the air tanks is a Schrader valve that you
can attach an air line to. It's way up there- I had to use a flashlite- old
eyes.

OK, I got my cruise repaired and wanted to air the system up to see if
I had solved the air bleed off from the vaccum generator (plus I think
I may have an air bag leak after BOUNDING through the delapidated
highways of New Orleans on the way home). It's cold here in Gunnison
and Pokey becomes "Smokey" when started if it's too cold, and I try not
to start her unless I have time to let her fully warm up and maybe go
for a short drive (...maybe Cabo...). So I hooked shop air up to the
aux. air port in the left center compartment, and got some air in one
tank, but didn't look like any went in the other. Is there an easy way
to air the rig up using shop air?? Thanks as always, Doug

ON my 1983 FC-35 their is a service valve for shop air behind the lube oil
reservoir, (Close to the air dryer) that should fill all tanksand reflect on
your dash gages. Hope this helps
