Bird of the Week Updated
Bird of the Week has been updated today, replacing the special front
page that ran for the Easter weekend. To see all previous Bird of the
Week photos, go to "Photos" and look in the "Bird of the Week Archive"
albumn.

With this picture, I am out of new pending photos. So if you want
your Bird featured, please use the link on the
http://www.WanderlodgeForum.org home page to submit your favorite .jpg along
with a description of the Bird and the place where the picture was taken.

Thanks,

Mike Bulriss - looking forward to this weekend's Lone Star Birds Rally

Hey Mike, Sorry I have not been around much my schedule is terrible
right now. I KNOW you are going to have a great time at the rally.
Did Ron say why the coach was at their place??? Was it for sale??? We
would sure be interested to know.

Scott,

My assumption was it was just in the shop for service. He said it was
"now privately owned". Ron sends in pictures every now and then of
rare Birds - like the original 63 Wanderlodge #1 that Mr. Bleakley
owns that was a prior Bird of the Week.

I am positive that I saw that little unit at Coachcraft by McDonald, Columbus,
GA a couple of years ago having interior modifications. It is small but nice.
Wonder who owns it?

Yes, the Baby Bird is in for service here in Unadilla, GA. There
have been interior modifications done by Coach Craft for the present
owner who resides in Florida. It is a chassis from the Q-bus w/ a
300HP cummins. Glenn remembers building this coach and says it took
longer to build (4000 man hours) then any other coach they built. It
has weights built in under the front bumber to keep the front wheels
on the ground.

Bird of the Week Updated
OK, the front page has been updated a little late today. I am still
recovering from a return trip of 14 hours in airports and planes
yesterday and into this morning.

Please note that I can always use new pictures for the Bird of the
Week feature. (hint, hint....)

HOWEVER, when you submit a picture, *please* also note the year/model,
your name(s), the Bird's name (if any), and some text on where the
picture was taken. This information is needed to create a caption for
the picture. Pictures with no information (even after I request it!)
will not be eligible for Bird of the Day.

Thanks,
