What are these switches?

Thanks everyone. I'll play with the controls more when the engine is
running, if they draw heat from there it would make sense that they
wouldn't do anything with it off.

Another criteria for the chassis heat, besides the valves in the engine
compartment being on and Coach with the winter summer switch to winter and
the black switches being turned to the on position, is there is a
thermostat for chassis heat that must be on and calling for heat. The
chassis heat fans in some of the Coaches were also on a separate thermostat
not operator controlled and will not turn on until the water temp gets to a
certain degree F. You should also have a switch next to the summer/winter
switch that says AUX Pump and that pump helps to circulate the coolant
faster to the chassis heater cores.
