Macy, We welcome you and your company to our forum. Thank you for availing

Hi, I am the VP of Sales and Marketing for Complete Coach Works and
now for the BLUE BIRD Wanderlodge company as well.

I want to thank all of you who have taken the time to reach out to us
and send your emails of congratulations and well wishes for our
success.

I want to let you know how excited we are about joining your family
and being part of the future of the Wanderlodge product and raising
the level of support, technical assistance to new levels.

Our company philosophy is to listen intently to our customers and
respond with products and services to meet their needs and wants. We
want to form a life long friendship and partnership with our owner
community.

Over the next several months we will be introducing new products,
attending the FMCA show in Redlands Oregon August 13th and the Rally
in the Valley in October. I hope many of you attend these shows and
rallies and give me the opportunity and privelage of meeting you and
sharing our mututal enthusiasim for the Wanderlodge with each other.

We are committed to the Wanderlodge and to moving this fantasitc
product to the number one position in the market, and most

Welcome to the WanderlodgeForum Macy:

Here you will find Owners helping Owners and those who want to be Owners.
Also from time to time, you will get both sides, pro and con of the
Wanderlodge, however, one needs to remember even with the con items that
come up, that Owner would not sell or trade his Bird except to maybe up
grade.

It will be nice to have the Factory support shored up once again. after
all, that very support is so much more than what sob (some other brand)
Owners enjoy.

We are looking forward to an excellent partnership of going forward as well
as the continued support for the earlier years we have enjoyed in the past.

Welcome aboard and congratulations to Complete Coach Works in their bid to
obtain the finest product in the RV market share today.

Wanderlodge purchase by Complete Coach Works
I am active in a number of "product forums" and those that have active
participation from someone(s) of consequence with the product manufacturer
always are superior. There is no better way to get steady customer feedback,
dispel or confirm myths and rumors, etc. I am very happy to see you here, and I
hope you find the time to participate regularly!

forward to seeing the new 08's and just what your company has in mind
for Blue Bird. We feel you made a good choice. We have owned Blue
Birds for many years. We bought our second, the 1999, which was the
show coach, at Rally in the Valley. It was the first of the slides to
be sold to a customer. We can't say enough about the wonderful
service we were given, the employees who helped us through the period
of getting all the problems with the first slide perfected. Our 1999
is in tip top shape, all systems working wonderfully well to date. We
feel you have a good product, good people at the factory, a wonderful
club, not to mention lots of happy owners. Smile

I work as one of four editors who write the Blue Bird Tracks
newsletter for Family of Friends. I am also the Sunshine and Mists,
sunshine committee spokesperson for the club.
Jon, my husband, has been a national director for the club. We both

Hello Macy

After just purchasing a 450LXi, I am extremely happy to hear of this agreement.
I live in
CA and about 90 miles from your company. I would be pleased to visit it and
meet with
you personally.

This will begin to stabilize the Bluebird Coachworks company and hopefully bring
the two
into a union that will be good for both.

I will await our meeting.

Congratulations on your new coach. I saw it at Holland lwhen you
first brought it West. Great looking coach. I have hesitated to buy
a 450 LXi becasue of the multiple changes of ownership. I would be
anxious to hear how you like it as time goes by.
