Back up monitor for 1987 PT40

Has anyone found a relpacement B&W back up monitor for an older (1987)
Wanderlodge. The camera works fine but the monitor has a loose plug in
card that defys repair. The old monitor was made bt Audiotronics and I
have not been successful finding information from them. The camera is
a Sanyo model VDC3800 and is in a small space at the back of the coach
(difficult to reach).

Robert, try this company in Baton Rouge. I found him and used him recently to
replace a monitor. i didn't know whether i had monitor or camera problems so he
told me to bring him both and he checked them out and sold me a re-furbished
monitor with a new warranty for only $100. Camping world wanted $239 for that
monitor and would not check to see if a monitor was what i needed unless i was
willing to wait approximately 2 weeks and then pay them a minimum of $80 labor
to troubleshoot it. RVcams keeps a sizable inventory and audiovox was a very
common brand. mine was built by audiovox and sold under the Voyager name.

Robert, re-read your post. sorry about the senior moment, Audiotronics is not
quite the same as audiovox is it. still, the rvcams folks will likely be able
to help you find a monitor.

Robert,

Previous owner of my coach replaced the monitor. The new one sits
"behind" the face panel for the old one, so it's not a perfect fit,
but it works fine. If you're OK with the imperfect fit I can get you
the brand/model number off mine, let me know. I'll have to dig behind
it so don't want to do it unless you don't mind the odd fit.

I'm going to replace mine with a color camera & LCD monitor one of these days.
