Bill,
From the picture, it looks like the prototype may have a C13 Cat (525 horse) The alternators appear like 160 amp at 24V similar to 2006. The bottom alternator appears somewhat different- pulley may be smaller, but pic is low resolution.

Ralph,

I did see two hefty alternators, atleast a 200+amp and a 400+ amp

for the all electric coach.

Photo of a newly introduced Cummins engine in the FMCA magazine was painted red. The yellow paint on the engine in the new bird looks like "Cat yellow"... but, of course, the engine could be painted any color either by request of CCW or in the Coachworks shop.

I note that the DD Series 60 in my coach is light green.

Randy has posted that the engine was a Cat, I assume C-15, but the specs for
production call for ISX.

Correct,
the prototype is a C 13 at 525 HP, the Cummins didn’t arrive in time and
we had to get this bus to the show.

Standard
Engine for production models: Cummins ISX 600 HP

Optional
engine :
Cat C 15 625 HP

Thanks
for the kind words, we are working on a diagnostic screen, may be even a remote
Palm based diagnostic tool.

THANKS

Open
to all deals and trades!!! Exterior color was a hit with most, but order a
coach and watch how quickly we design an exterior paint scheme that is exactly
what you want, colors, patterns and schemes will all be of your choosing or if
you would like our designers will help you with ideas.

How
low are the Edsel miles

Macy,

We will be in So. Cal. in about a month. Are all Wanderlodges made now in Riverside or Fort Valley? Would CCW be a good place to stop, park or tour while we are there? Thanks..and good luck with the new era.
