Joe, the bus sounds nice. here is a cut and paste

Gray water tank,82-gallon Black water tank, 44-gallon LP tank, 12 kw
Diesel generator, new front steering tires and 6 new batteries, 1
Sofa in the living area ( queen sleeper sofa), 2 chairs with pull
out table between, new Microwave /convection oven, new refrigerator,
new charge/inverter, new queen mattress, Mid-bath with step-down
shower, CB radio, AM/FM radio with tape deck, new Roof TV antenna, ,
three central air conditioning units, Musical horns, Security
system, two Travel pods on roof, Large double closet, Built-in safe,
Electric drapes, Ice Making Machine, HWH leveling jacks, Awning
