Bird of the Week
Did the trip in 2000 Bill. Would love to do it again, but probably won't.

Bird of the Week
You guys need to get together and form the "Canadian Birds" and if
half as successful as our "Lone Star Birds" that would be terrific.
There's lots of fun in informal groups. No officers, no rules and
nothing but good friends and fun.

Should you make it to the island sometime, I have a 50 amp plug in,
and room to park.

Bird of the Week
I am a little surprised that no one has commenetd on this week's Bird
of the Week. You folks do look at this feature, right? It is a
graphic reminder to check where you park when a little tropical storm
comes your way!! Despite Andy's tongue-in-cheek comment with the post,
he assured me that there really is no inside damage to the coach. The
goat rack and awning, now that's a different story! The massive limb
is balanced on the roof and is actually not touching the ground. It
descended from about 40 feet up, so it was a solid hit that the Bird
took. I will add some additonal pics in the Photos section later.

More pictures of the Bird of the Week in the Photos section in an
albumn entitled "Bird Takes a Lickin' & Keeps on Tickin'" give
alternate views of the incident.

Bird of the Week
My first motorhome-a plastic one-had a limb not more than 2 inches in
diameter falling from about 20 feet punch a hole clear through the
roof.

Thanks, Mike, for including that photo. My view, these days, consists
of the Park County Fairgrounds and all the empty buildings since the
fair, Thank God, is over.

Ernie: Your coach photographed great on the Yellowstone R...but after
Shane's polish job it now shines like a "Diamond in a goat's %ss"!!

Your Park County Fairgrounds location rivals many more expensive
CGs...we enjoyed your rally in August.

How about that Sarah Palin???

See ya.
