How much would a Wanderlodge prototype be worth?

Hi, my grandma has an old Wanderlodge prototype from 1975 (one of 8 that were
built that year) that she is looking to sell. It is a semi-automatic, 36 feet in
length, and painted a baby blue color. Other than the fact that the battery is
dead, the engine works, and the tires are in decent condition. The interior
needs some work, but isn't in bad condition. The shower, toilet, stove, etc. all
work just fine. My grandma says "put about $10k in to it, and it'll be cherry".

I don't have any current pics right now (it's in storage in another city a few
hours away, where it has been for the past year or so), however we have an old
pic from the 1980s somewhere in the house. I will scan it and post it as soon as
I find it.

My question is- how much would this be worth? What would be a reasonable asking
price?

More info is needed. Condition is everything. Since you're grandmother says it
needs a fair amount of $$ put into it, I'm guessing it's value is going to be at
the very low range of the spectrum
