84 PT 36

Yesterday an 84 PT 36 showed up for sale at a RV dealer next door to the office.
I stopped by and talked with the dealer, he said that the unit is on consignment
and he will be asking $59k for it. The owner has had the coach for a long time
and used it very little, only about 60k miles, the paint is in amazing shape,
stored inside, the only small damage that I could see is half way up the latter
there is a small bracket that the latter rest on that is lose and just not
right, the inside is just about like new, the seats look like the have hardly
been sat in. It's all there and it all works. The tires on the rear are dated 03
and I couldn't see the date on the front. The owner owns one of the largest
sanitation businesses in the state and so the unit has always had the best of
care by his own fleet mechanic. I didn't go through every system, but this is
