Hi all: Our very own member, Brad Barton, made the paper in Dallas today.
Brad was a weatherman for KRLD-AM Radio in Dallas for 31 years. He was let go
in August, but Tuesday this week, he began giving the weather forecasts on
WBAP-AM in Dallas. I guess they know a good thing when they hear it.

Congratulation Brad.

Ron,

How nice of you to mention that.

That was one reason we were anxious to sell the coach when we did.

Forum members can hear 820 AMin up to 42 statesbetween sunset and sunrise.

And you all are always welcome to email me if you have any weather questions.

BTW, NTx and OK are in for some flooding tomorrow night.

Brad

That's what I was going to update you on when you got back into town.

We really were blessed to sell the coach when we did..and to some great people.

It is now at Temecula Valley RV.

My Brenda and I would like to meet you and your Brenda someday soon.

Brad, take a day trip to the Lone Star rally in Perrin on Oct 17th and 18th. Folks from all over will be there whose names you have seen in print.

Ernie,

If that weren't my granddaughter's 2nd birthday, I'd try to be there.

But you KNOW what Nana says goes.

We'll try it again, soon.

Wow, Brad. İmage
I could listen to WBAP-AM up in Buena Vista, CO really early in the morning. I also heard it in Bernardo, NM, Tucumcari, NM, and now up here in Goodlett, TX(north of Wichita Falls). Way cool. Congratulations!! We will listen for your forecasts. BTW, what is the forecast for the Perrin, TX Lone Star Birds' Rally?
