Starting out with some bad news; Parliament Coach has filed for bankruptcy
protection on December 30th. The following link does not tell you any
information, it just offers to keep you informed for a price.

Take the spaces out of the URL. If the URL is correct then it should be clickable. I took the spaces out of your URL and it was not on the trollerbk.com server. the number might not be right. I googled the number without the space -- and got to the web site. If you don't pay $40, all you get is that Parliament has filed Chapter 11 as of !2/30/09.

It is confirmation that they've filed bankruptcy. While it is entirely possible that they'll come through the bankruptcy "reorganized" -- it also suggests that the Wanderlodge Intellectual Property -- that they just obtained from the Coachworks Holdings bankruptcy auction is now, again, "at risk."
