Kool o matic fan thermostat

Kool o matic fan thermostat
I have a 90wb that has a Kool o Matic fan in the galley. The owners manual says
it is controlled by a thermostat in the kitchen but the only one near there is
on the opposite side wall between the couch and the table.

There is what looks like a ceiling fan switch under the cabinets but it doesn't
turn anything on. Is that it and if so is could I get a wiring schematic so I
could test it?

Stephen (?) -

Sounds like my 91. Slide the heat/cool switch under that thermostat to cool to
make the galley ceiling fan work.

On my 90wb there are two mid-coach thermostats. One is the center air
conditioner, and the other controls electric heat, propane heat, and the Kool o
Matic. Should just be a matter of changing from heat to cool. I swapped that
thermostat out for a digital some time ago, but it still works the same way.

Don,
I think maybe mine is missing one. There is only one mid-coach thermostat and it
is only for the Air Conditioner. The other switch I refered to has now heat and
cool switch. it is simply a reostatic type switch. This coach has been remodeled
and I think they may have left it out, because the front toe kick heater doesn't
come on either and I can't find a control. Where exactly is the t-stat located
on your model?

thanks for all the replies

Stephen

On my 1993 the thermostat in question is
on the driver’s side to the rear of the last window over the sofa.
That thermostat controls the front toe heater and the fan in the kitchen, heat
or cool settings. On mine the front AC switch on the dash must be on
before the toe heater runs.

shows the original thermostat(s). Under the paper towels is the AC thermostat,
and recessed in the partition is the heat/fan t-stat with a switch below it for
electric/propane.

I've moved the new digital to the other side of that partition, since we
typically have toaster and coffee maker under the original location.

The dash switches do have to be on for the various toe heaters to work.

So I assume the one on the right is the one I am looking for? What is that black
thing beneath it?

Thanks again for all your help.

Yes. The black thing is the electric/propane switch I mentioned.

I think I might have found the wires cut off behind a soffet panel. I have a
green wire and white and a brown, but I don't have the schematic for the circuit
in my books. Can anyone provide me with it?
