82 FC35SB No Reasonable Offer Refused or Trades Located in WV (DC Metro area)

I have an 82 FC35SB that must go. I bought it in 2006 and drove it from the
dealer in Georgia back north to West Virginia with no problems. Has all the
normal Wanderlodge goodies and is well optioned.

I have almost completely remodeled the interior. Cockpit has new carpet,
hardwood laminate in coach, carpet for bedroom (not installed), new laminate for
bath (not installed).

The exterior is in good shape other than the outdated colors. I just spent $2000
on the generrator last year having the pump rebuilt and general maintenance.
About 110k on coach and 4k on new dealer installed engine. Has Koni shocks, air
bags, suspension rebuilt, new steering box, new steering wheel. I will install
new batteries upon purchase.

Needs an awning, tires (can buy local at good price), dump valve installed for
waste tank (have parts and plumbing), gen air slide works when it wants to, rear
curbside awning repaired (others are fine)

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis about 5 years ago and have lost my
ambition and ability to apply the finishing touches. I purchased a couple acres
along the river nearby and plan to camp there from now on.
I'm not desparate for money so it won't sell for $1000 but I am willing to take
a HUGE loss on what I have invested. I am willing to consider trades of
relatively equal value. No boats, land, RVs. Heavy equipment, trucks, pickups,
tractors, CUTs, considered but let me know if you have something else too. As
always, a cash deal is ok too. All vehicles/tractors must be
automatic/hydrostatic. Left arm and leg aren't very cooperative.

I checked the repair receipts. The repair facility listed all parts but not part
numbers. Sorry. My Bird is parked at work. If it helps, I can look for any
casting numbers on it when I go back Tuesday.
