. . .uh, excuse me, but "new forum"?
Dear folks,
In an earlier e-mail on Wednesday, Jeff Miller wrote, "Hopefully the new yahoo wanderlodge forum will be better managed." Later, Anthony Louis Pawley wrote, "Also, what's up with this new forum idea? Is this serious, are movin' again?" Even before I read Anthony's query, being similarly confused, I had already e-mailed Jeff off-list about this (so as not to confuse the list), and he wrote back,:"Yes, the old Wanderlodge forum name has been resurrected by another birder, I received an invite a while ago (from what list this invite came I don't know)." Please, will anyone tell us what is going on? Yet another splintering of the group? Oh, please, say it ain't so! The new "forum" is not new but rather a renaming of an existing Group
"Wanderlodge_Tech" has been renamed "Wanderlodge" Bruce Morris abandoned the name or allowed his ownership of this name to lapse and it has been picked up by a well known group of gents associated with the rowdy "wanderlodge_all". The Owners of this site own two names one for off the cuff comments and one for tech But Beware if you have thin skin and are easily offended watch out for the Wanderlodge_all group it is umoderated to a point and the language and comments can get pretty salty. While this site is still the premier group re wanderlodge tech stuff it loses its focus at times with ridiculous matters (and yes I get caught up in it) of oil and hexagonal rivnuts. I often wonder if some owners take as good care of their everyday drivers and keep as much documentation as they do for their coach. The above comments are not meant as an attack on anyone but are my observations and we should get back to basics and start fixing coaches again and give the moderators of this forum a rest. If anyone takes issue with this post address it to me personaly OFF Forum and I will respond in kind I thank you for your time Stephen 77fc35 --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Jo-Ski" > Dear folks, > > In an earlier e-mail on Wednesday, Jeff Miller wrote, "Hopefully the new yahoo wanderlodge forum will be better managed." > > Later, Anthony Louis Pawley wrote, "Also, what's up with this new forum idea?
