Thanks,
Barbara and I have spent the last few days at Steve and Pat's in La working on
the bus. We fixed a few minor air leaks, added some freon to the dash ac, and the biggie was repairing a pinhole leak in the black water tank. We now know how to remove the holding tanks and freshwater tanks from a 96. It is really not that bad a job. I got a quote to repair it of about $2000 and we probably have 5 or 6 hours in the repair. We have also found some really good food around here. Thanks to Pat and Steve for their hospitality and help with the repairs. We will be heading to Kinder Monday to meet my parents then back to South Padre and work for the winter. Hope to see many of you visit during the winter. |

Thanks,
Murials did a great job on our repairs, was very reasonable on the prices, and
provided us with 50 amp power at their place for the two days they were working on the bus. did a great job. --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, Ernie Ekberg > > Mike- how was your repair job atà Muriels? > Ernie- home in Weatherford > > > Ernie Ekberg > 88 PT40 > 817-475-3991 > http://www.ernieekbergflooring.net > > --- On Sat, 11/5/11, Mike <mmcmahan1952@...> wrote: > > > From: Mike <mmcmahan1952@...> > Subject: [WanderlodgeForum] Thanks, > To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com > Date: Saturday, November 5, 2011, 6:26 PM > > > > à > > > > Barbara and I have spent the last few days at Steve and Pat's in La working on the bus. Thanks,
Definitly some issues but they worked around them and I actually helped them by
reinstalling the seats. Murial and Danny were great to work with and very nice. --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, Ernie Ekberg > > Thats' good news, Mike. Thanks,
Can you define "reasonable on prices"? I have always heard they were quite expensive.

Thanks,
We will be getting in on 12/30 and have rented a condo at Sunset which is the high rise condo on the bay just north of Scampi resturant. They have a great gym on the same floor with steam room and hot tub; too much to resist for me.
I have your cell and will call when we get settled.
