Goodbye Smokey!
I guess when it comes down to it we're only curators of these fine machines. I bought my 2002 LXi 9 years ago almost to the day. Today I passed ownership off to a wonderful and caring couple. When they're ready I'm sure these WaGu members will introduce themselves. I spent the last two days parting with my beloved bird and introducing the new owners to the quirks, character, and charisma that is Wanderlodge. I'll sleep easy knowing she's in good and caring hands. Suzana and I are off to our next adventure! Farewell Smokey and Happy travels to the new owners!

RE: Goodbye Smokey!
Well, someone got a very nice coach David...you put allot of love into that fine example of a Wanderlodge. I hope you buy another and keep the good times rolling.

Also, it's not just me keeping it up. It's Mike and the entire membership. There's really nothing in the way of a financial burden - it's equivalent to a couple Starbucks tall iced mocha's per month. (Anyone paying more than $7.00 per month for an online forum is paying too much). The software is stable and updates and upgrades are pure pleasure on my part since I'm a software nut at heart. Thanks for the well-wishes though. david brady, '02 Wanderlodge LXi 'Smokey' (Sold), '04 Prevost H3 Vantare 'SpongeBob' "I don't like being wrong, but I really hate being right" |

RE: Goodbye Smokey!
That is one sweet bird! The new owners have a tough job ahead of them, just maintaining its condition, much less improving on it! Congrats on the sale! Finding a replacement will be an adventure to hear!

RE: Goodbye Smokey!
Someone got one heck of a Christmas present, didn't they? I had our current Bird delivered on my wife's birthday and claimed it as her present from me!
