RE: Winter Location
I just fill the coach up with hot air during the day, and it stays above freezing all night.

RE: Winter Location
Save some of that hot air for me Morey; I'll be down in a week - bus shopping! Thanks for the User Locations Map update. A plus 2 rep for you!

RE: Winter Location
Sounds like fun, don't forget to check the production number with the converter (if they're still in business) before you sign. Don't want to get one that is involved with fraud or other messy stuff.

RE: Winter Location
Left Pa today , heading down to Ga, after a few days at Ed s it back to Fl to pickup my bike then off to Q , with a stop in Wllcox Az, Erika want to visit a little church out there ?? the ride has been slow and dangerous . rout chosen from KOP Pa was 76 w to 81 s , there have been many accident along the way ,detoured twice do to Hwy fatalities. so sad . Pulled over early at the Va State line for the night . Rain/Ice all day road conditions Black Ice , a real mess. Expect more of the same in the morning , then it gets cold . The bus looks like it has just arrived from Alaska , she is covered with ice , can t wait to get her cleaned . she has been subjected to single digit temps , had 30 or so friends in and out of her during the game yesterday , and did all this dry camping for 8 days on one tank of water .
I don't know David if you will find a Bus to match the Blue Bird , Good Luck in Fla and enjoy the warmth al perna 2000 LXI ormond beach fla |

RE: Winter Location
Glad you and Erika made it through safe and sound Al. Unbelievable conditions to drive a bus through; you're my hero!
I'll second that! The LXi is stellar dry camping machine. It has fantastic capacities and can be dialed down to sip electricity. There's no coach out there to match it! I may end up with another Blue Bird! LOL david brady, '02 Wanderlodge LXi 'Smokey' (Sold), '04 Prevost H3 Vantare 'SpongeBob' "I don't like being wrong, but I really hate being right" |

Al, I've driven I-81 many times during winter in a car, know you had to be on your toes to manage the bus! We're happy for you guys to have made it safely.

RE: Winter Location
Glad I didn't try to make it to Pa. for the game. Just really couldn't find snow tires and/or chains in south La Plus, I found out that the Eagle fans were a little rough on us Saint's fans. They even had uc cops in the stadium for protection.
I'm not saying all the folks are like that, but all it takes is a few. Steve Gureasko 90 WBSA "Jus Chillin" Ponchatoula, La. |
