RE: Mike Martinkus Gems
How 'bout a few more:
1) don't swerve, go over rather than around, 2) don't back up, but if you have to, reverse to the driver's side, 3) travel far far away from the guy in front of you, your brakes suck, 4) if you need to be there in a hurry, you should've left yesterday, 5) in the turns, far out and far in, 6) weigh your coach often, 7) check air pressures often, 8) it's about power: engine, battery, inverter, and generator, there's never too much, 9) it's about size: length, slides, basement storage, 10) toss your air powered stuff, stick to electrics, 11) toss your propane, carry more diesel fuel, 12) fit the biggest tire possible, 13) run the lowest air pressures possible, 14) if it rattles, turn the radio up, 15) if you can hear the kids, turn the radio up, 16) watch your exhaust gas temps, 17) if you're not sure, get out and look, 18) google maps satellite view is your friend, 19) run your generator fequently, 20) run your aquahot frequently, 21) run everything frequently... Ha! Any more to add??? david brady, '02 Wanderlodge LXi 'Smokey' (Sold), '04 Prevost H3 Vantare 'SpongeBob' "I don't like being wrong, but I really hate being right" |
