David, Thanks, I was thinking one of the options to the switch was 'the light went off when the load got power'. that type of circuit would be useful for a 'refrigerator is not running' warning light. I often thought of wiring a small light to the 110 refer power some place that showed that 110 is available. My check and review method now is high calorie.
