RE: Fan Speed
Just ordered the control valve from Berendson, the part number is Sauer# 1090223 @ $519.59. It came out of Atlanta.

Received the acknowledgment from Berendson, the current replacement for the 1090223 is Part 11162941. Thanks again Charlie!!

RE: Fan Speed
here is the update , sorry No Pics , this is beyond my Patience ,and computer abilities .

1. there are Rubber Grommets with bolts that hold the Fans to the Haydon Cooler .

2. the Grommets collapsed, this placed pressure on the Fans .

3. the fans were pinned to the Cooler and stopped working , and shorted the Ign Fuse

Now the search is on for the 2 Fans ? Any thoughts on which fans I need , the part numbers are worn off ?

RE: Fan Speed
AL,
The original model of the Hayden fans was not available when I replaced them on my LXI. I used 2 Hayden Model # 3680 fans to replace the originals. I believe the CFM was fairly close to the originals but we had to make a mounting bracket to attach the fans to the Hayden cooler. I think a NFB bracket kit may work just as well if you can find one at an auto parts store. The fans can be purchased almost anywhere such as an auto parts store or Amazon.

Two things you should do if you do use these fans is to make sure they are running in the correct direction (pulling) and also reduce the present fuse size from the current 30A to a 20A as the 3680 fans are rated at 8.8 amps each. Both fans are on the same circuit.

Here they are on Amazon:

RE: Fan Speed
well ,

cooler is in, along with the PWM , and we are still in default mode . The Haydon's are working as they should and all lines have been replaced , now need to figure out why fan is still running high speed.

RE: Fan Speed
Is there a way to mimic the ddec signal to test the pwm. You would think any failure would be full speed and full speed is the normal open position of the valve or what ever gates the fluid
