Finally- saw a nice looking BMC at Wal-Mart in Bozeman, Montana.
Stopped in and it was Don Batbie from Hawaii doing a grand tour of the
northwest. Got to check out his coach and it is really nice. Ernie-

There was a 1985 PT40 at Michigan Creditors for $34,999 sold in a day.
I did get a chance to look at it. Inside was very clean and fresh,
exterior I would say needed to be wheeled. The Bird had 141k on the
chasis and 2700 on the genset. Over all I believe it was quite a
bargain.

Pat- ask Hank if there is an FMCA number on the coach. In my Bluebird
directory, there is a Freedom One coach. Ernie-83PT40 in Montana

That was me!!! We were headed to the L'aberage whatever casino for
a fun day of losing money. Hooked up and spent the night in their
very nice RV parking area (little expensive at $40/night).

We just bought this coach from a friend in Magnolia, TX. Now it
lives with us in downtown Houston. It's an 1983 FC35 with the twin
beds in back and bath in the middle. Miles are low at about 65k and
nearly everything works on the bus. I just put 210 gallons of fuel
in at the Flying J in Baytown TX. Mileage was calculated at 7.2mpg
including some genset time. Engine is the 225 Cat of course.

It's a great coach and we get lots of attention and looks everywhere
we go. We can park next to a $400K new "plastic" coach and we get
all the attention. :-)
