I finally made the plunge into the world of Wanderlodge and bought a
very nice 1991 coach from San Diego California with only 52,000
miles on it (used frequently but only for travel in California and
Southwest). I just returned home and drove it cross country from San
Diago to Madison, WI. It has had two owners but only one for most of
last 14 years (always garaged except when in use). The exterior is
in basically new condition with only a couple small chips one bay
door and a small crack in the rear bumper (could not believe the
condition when I saw it).

I am very excited about the coach and a bit overwhelmed with the
complexity and size and I am sure I will need much help from the
group in learning the systems and upkeep. My wife and I are
planning on extensive travel in about a year from now so I have
about that much time to learn the coach and get prepared.

Thanks to all for all the previous information and help on what to
check for in a used coach.

Good luck on your new acquisition. I am located in Germantown, a couple of
miles north east of the Harley plant in Menomonee Falls.
If you develop any issues of concern don't hesitate to contact me, I can
probably help or put you in contact with someone who will be able to.
