lights on the 90's up Coaches?

my 86 pt 40 used a Nappa replacement lamp I just brought them the old one

I can't seem to find my catalog for the small bulbs and seal beams
It appears someone took it and I can't remember who.
The only guidance I have is there is an industry number on the old bulb.
I have a Jabsco number,but it wont help a parts store.
