Driving and Fog Lights

Driving and Fog Lights
I have a "driving lights" switch and a blank for the "fog lights"
switch.

If I understand correctly, "driving lights" come on only WITH high beams
and "fog lights" come on only with low beams.

Since I have the driving lights switch, I would assume that the lights
installed on the front of the coach (only 1 set and not 2 sets) are
driving lights and not fog lights. They seem to be burned out,
disconnected or something because they do not work with high or low
beam.

After driving in the dark once with the coach, ultimately I would like
to have both driving and fog lights. The low beam headlights just don't
seem to give enough illumination.

I removed the bulb assembly for one of the driving lights and the
filament seemed intact. The lens of this light is cracked but not
broken. The other driving light has a big rock hole in it and I haven't
checked the bulb in that light yet.

Am I safe to assume that if I replace the bulbs on both lights and they
still don't work, there is something in the wiring that is wrong?

Is there a fuse somewhere that relates to these lights?

Is it worth installing fog lights at some point in time? Have people
seen a difference in illumination?

If I end up replacing the entire light fixture AND/OR installing fog
lights, does anyone have any suggestions of lights to use?

Is it fairly easy to install the fog lights switch, wiring and light?
Or do I need to seek out a professional for this kind of work?
