Internet service
Hello all:
Does anyone know if in-motion internet service is available? We have in-motion satellite tv, but I haven't located in-motion internet. We currently use a cell phone based system (T-mobile), but it can be very slow or non-existent. John Haney 04 M380 Lakeland, FL |

John,
We've been using Verizon's air card which usually operates at 115 kbs (right now) up to 500 or more kbs - faster than phone lines (using _www.internetfrog.com_ (http://www.internetfrog.com) ). We were at a park with wireless in St Augustine and the wireless was super slow compared to the air card - especially at 5 PM. I've used it on the road quite often in the middle of nowhere here on the east coast. Right now we're in Crystal River, FL with clear reception, etc.. Strongly considered motostat, but can't justify the $5000 plus $100 per month relative to the $50 air card plus $59.95 per month - - yet!! Thanks for the responses. I imagine sometime in the future it will become
available. Our greatest need for internet service is when we're rolling down the road. Our bird is set up as a mobile office and using the cell phone dial up connection will eventually get the job done, but it can take a while.
