Never seen one of those before. Wonder if it started as a shuttle bus or delivery van chassis.

RE: Nifty MB Motorhome Found on Bring-A-Trailer
It looks to be a rather "utilitarian" and likely "amateur" done conversion. There is no way it is worth the price they are trying to get for it.

There are more pictures and a floor plan if you click the larger image link. Looks to me that the seller is doing their best to stay away from showing off the motor home part of it, suggesting issues.

The motor home part is worth nothing. The chassis perhaps $5k tops ASSUMING everything works properly AND parts are available for driveline, etc..

For what they are asking you can probably find a good used PT.

It is rather funky though. Reminds me of a small Canadian built class a called a fleury that were quite popular for boondocking in the 70's.

Too bad it isn't about 23' - would make a neat toad! I've always wanted to find a nice Westy and paint it to match our lxi and use it as a toad, but I have no idea if they can be flat towed. Big Bird and Little Bird idea. The Westy would be great for "local overnights" in areas the Bird can't get into.

Thanks for posting it David, quite interesting.

I'm pretty sure it was a shuttle bus back in the day. I rode in a bunch of those around campus years ago. It would make an NA FC look like a rocket.
