Tom,
Your pictures indicate you took the guts out to the bare
metal then painted the chassis gold. Nice job, pretty, looks
rugged enough, any moddifications to the original?

Lastly, have you tried it, and, does it work better than
before?

Yes I made some changes. Added new relays and sockets for the 3
relays. Added an aluminum pad extension under the KUP14A55-120 relay
(in the center) so that I could remove everything from the top
instead of taking the rubber shock absorbers loose and raising the
box to get access under it. Also changed the ITS relay since the
original was no longer available. The substitute is Airpax
APGN1-1REC2 and costs $112.00. Actually the gold paint is the
original color I just stripped the chassis, primed it with metal
etching primer and repainted. I have it installed in the chassis now
but did not start it today. I am sure it will work though.
